Meghan and Rich, Naples Bay Resort

It was our pleasure to witness and photograph the wedding of Meghan and Rich. On a warm summer day in July at the Naples Bay Resort, the new Mr. and Mrs. Fricke graciously said their “I do’s” in front of friends, family and their creator inside The Pointe. It was obvious that they had as much devotion to each other as they do to God. It was inspirational to see.

1 Corinthians 13:4-13 – Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends.

One aspect of wedding photography that makes our hearts swell is seeing the immense love from the couples’ families. Family is so important! Meghan and Rich both exuded this. Both families oozed pride as these two wed. Beautiful both inside and out, we have to give the parents pats on the back. They did good!

The lovely couple did an excellent job creating their big day. All of the details were thoughtfully planned and flowed together seamlessly. Meghan was calm, collected and ready. Her smile was infectious and she was ecstatic about their union. As the girls got ready, they all wore matching silk robes. Meghan’s brother, Ryan was her Man of Honor. Their relationship was adorable. Ryan and the groomsmen looked handsome in black suits with a gold tie and pocket square. The girls beautifully wore strapless, champagne colored cocktail length dresses. Meghan looked beyond stunning in her fitted ornately beaded gown with a sweetheart neckline. She accented her gown with a pearl hair piece and purse. Meghan even designed and hand crafted all of the stunning gold bouquets. What talent!

Their ceremony was both thoughtful and elegant. The darling couple spoke from the heart as they devoted themselves to each other and to Christ. Their reception was filled with tender testimonials, decadent foods and lots of dancing. It was certainly a magical and fun-filled night to remember.
